Halloween

So I wish I had a better picture of Luke, my little nephew! 

Lina got him all dressed up in a little Basket Ball player outfit. 

Anyhow, as we were doing Amelie's make-up, 

Lina decided to write in Black on Luke's forehead 'Basket' 

I saw nothing wrong with it until the next day!

In French we say 'Basket' for 'Basketball'

No wonder the neighbors were asking what was written on his forehead!

They were probably wondering why on earth the poor kid had that written on his head!!!

Wow!!! Did we laugh about it for days! 

I'm still laughing as I write this post!!!!

J'aurais bien aimer avoir une photo de Luke!

Lina a habille Luke dans un petit ensemble de BasketBall.

Sur son front elle a écrit 'Basket'

J'en a rien penser. 

Mais le lendemain, j'ai réalise!

'Basket' ici veux dire 'panier' 

C'eat pas étonnant que les voisins on demande ce qui etait écrit sur son front?

Ils se sont certainement demande pourquoi le petit avait le mot 'panier' sur sa tete!!!

Qu'est-ce que l'on a rigole!!! 

J'en rigole encore en écrivant ce post!!!

Amelie's visit to a Ranch

 Amelie took a little day trip with Laurent, Lina and Lola. She had lots of fun!

(Luke stayed home with me, we had a great time too!! :) He is adorable!

We are so happy to have visiting us, my younger brother Laurent, Lina,
and their 2 wee ones; Lola and Luke...
I do miss my family from France a lot.
I am always so delighted when anyone comes to stay with us from time to time.
(not as often as I would like)
They got here last friday.
On saturday we took a little trip down to the beach...
They experienced warm ocean water in october...
Good times.

Nous some si heureux de recevoir mon petit frere Laurent, Lina et les 2 petits Lola et Luke.

Ma famille en France me manque beaucoup.

C'est toujours un grand plaisir de les recevoir de temps en temps.

(pas assez souvent a mon gout!)

Ils sont arriver Vendredi dernier.

Samedi, nous avons fait une petite excursion a la plage...

Ils on eux experiencer une eau d'ocean bien tiede...

Que de bons temps.

We often go walking in the woodlands downtown. 

There is a good ambiance. 

kids can play in water games and cool off in the texas heat.

They also have a lot of activities.

Outdoor movies, art fairs, concerts, fireworks, dog shows, to mane a few.
